Must Have:
Experience: Min 6+ years
- Remedy version 7.1.0 (planning to upgrade to 8.0 soon)
- Application is still on 5.0 version and no plans to upgrade as we have lot of customization
- Helpdesk module and Asset management modules being used
- Complex workflow built
- SQL Server data base
- Integrates with Oracle EBS, data warehouse (sql server) and customer portal, others systems
- Candidate should be strong enough to reverse engineer and proactivily assist team for changes, enhancements and support
- Should be excellent on Remedy development and SQL Server
- Team work is important. The role goal is not to depend on current resources (minimum transition will be provided)
- Good communication skills are important as the role requires to interact with business without any other team member
