Our client is implementing BMC’s Remedy suite for Service Management. They are going to standardize processes for Incident, Problem and Change Management across the enterprise and BMC will be the supporting technology. The project is currently nearing completion of the Design phase and they need a consultant with Remedy development experience as they move into the Build phase for the project.
