About the role:
As a Remittance Processing Associate Senior, you’ll be processing customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts. Specialist role includes training and coaching junior level employees and backing up manager when not in office.

In this role you’ll be processing customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts. Specialist role includes training and coaching junior level employees and backing up manager when not in office.
Back up to Specialists in the department.
Remittance Processing Associate Seniors get trained for all types of processing in the department including running high speed mail processing machines and scanning machines.
Remittance Processing Associate Seniors set up work flow for Remittance Processing Associate-I & Remittance Processing Associate-II according to daily deadlines.
Remittance Processing Associate Seniors train new processors.
Remittance Processing Associate Seniors are a big part of data entry keying team.
They also follow workflow and direct keying staff, and work to be sure it is complete for each deadline.
This onsite position is located at our Brown Deer, WI facility.
The schedule for this position is: Monday through Friday – 3:30am to 12:00pm.
What you will need:
Prior lockbox experience very helpful
Data entry keying experience/high speed keying
Prior accounts receivable or banking experience
Some experience in a production based business
Some leadership experience
Experience training team members
