Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Proficiency in testing integrations to/from ECP.
Ability to perform triage and analysis of issues.
Experience resolving defects and issues in collaboration with customers.
SQL skills for running and analyzing queries.
Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with Jira for issue tracking.
Experience with Agile Hive project management tools.
Knowledge of Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
Job ResponsibilitiesConduct requirements gathering and support testing activities for the HCM program.
Analyze issues and perform triage to identify root causes.
Collaborate with developers to ensure proper defect fixes.
Leverage SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
Work with customers to resolve reported defects and ensure system integrity.
Utilize Jira, Agile Hive, and Confluence for project management and documentation tasks.
Pay: 65-72

Pay Details: $65.00 to $72.00 per hour
