Remote Account/Sales Support Specialist

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Remote Account/Sales Support Specialist for a contract to potential hire opportunity for one of their Medical Devices clients. This individual will be working closely with the field sales and Customer Success teammates, Channel Partners, and occasionally directly with Customers. The primary responsibilities will include:
Using Salesforce to process Purchase Orders in a timely manner and ensure rapid fulfillment
Proactively contacting customers, partners and internal teammates should adjustments or clarification on a Purchase Order
Working with sales team to plan and track renewal business
Using Salesforce to help with customer quotes
Using Salesforce CRM system to maintain key data for customer accounts
Troubleshooting and answering questions from customers as needed + being a general resource for them
Analyze documents & requests for completeness, and update data in appropriate application
Daily work #1: Systematically knocking out Salesforce Quoting, Renewals, and Account Support for teammates, customers and partners. This includes working flexible pricing into the quotes. We have Salesforce CPQ and have to do some processing to create flexible pricing. Deal Desk experience is great.
Daily work #2: Communicating, coordinating and emailing customers, partners and internal teammates. Handling Renewal process independently or as a team. Systematically executing, following up and scheduling follow ups.
Daily work #3: Purchase Order Processing in Salesforce (I make this third because we have a Customer Experience Specialist focused on this today but intend to cross train to remove the single threadedness on the team).

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience within purchasing, account administration, sales support or similar
Salesforce CRM experience (for quoting, renewal management and Purchase order processing)
Purchasing Order Experience (PO process & lifecycle knowledge, creation, generating quotes, editing/checking)
MS Office Suite
High school diploma Healthcare/Medical Device Industry experience
Salesforce CPQ
Salesforce Admin experience
Learning Management System administration experience null
