Job Description An employer is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to sit remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with product, engineering and design leads to prioritize work and create a comprehensive project plan for your team based on output, dependencies and business needs. You will maintain project updates and documentation while leveraging Jira/ Confluence. This will include updating Jira tickets, configure/ customize dashboards, tagging structures and setup automations between Jira and other tools such as Slack. You will also step in from a Scrum Master perspective, partnering with specific Scrum teams to lead ceremonies, manage the backlog and sprint planning. Additional tasks include maintaining stakeholder documentation (Steering committee decks, meeting notes, RAID logs, etc.), identify risks to the program output and process improvement to minimize/ prevent those risks.
