Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Benefits/Payroll Analyst or Coordinator to work for our client, a global automotive supplier. This position is fully remote and it is a 6 month contract to possible permanent hire engagement. The purpose of the role is to take over the tactical administration of the benefits and payroll responsibilities. We need someone who has supported both the Benefits and Payroll spaces. Daily this person will be connecting with vendors, working on how to best support vendors and change processes to be more efficient, helping the company transfer from one medical provider to another, doing benefits and invoice reconciliations, working with the finance team, assisting in coming up with ideas of how to streamline processes for efficiency, answer vendor's questions, and learning new systems.
Other responsibilities:
* Invoice Reconciliation:
Weekly or monthly reviews of invoices to ensure accuracy
Identify process improvements to streamline current processes
Coordinating with Finance on PO funding if/as required
* Integration error coordination among vendors
Not actually fixing the integration, but monitoring error logs and following up accordingly
* Help Desk question responses:
Primarily answering questions from HRBP's or employees regarding benefit offerings (first call is to vendor, so may primarily be redirecting employees to said vendors)
* Data Management of new hires/terminations/life event management (benefits enrollment)
Updating multiple systems to ensure consistency of information
Ability to create reports
* Payroll processing -- serve as backup to existing Payroll lead (ADP WorkforceNow and ADP Workforce Central Experience)
Understanding of how to approve and submit Payroll
Understanding of Time & Attendance in ADP
Experience with Payroll processing ideally using ADP

Skills and Requirements
-5 years of experience working in corporate Benefits and Payroll (with company size of at least 1,500 employees)
-Tech savvy enough to learn new systems and technologies
-Understand both benefits and payroll administration process flow (stronger benefits knowledge is preferred)
-Experience reconciling invoices
-Experience working with 3rd party vendors, HR business partners, employees, and finance department -Experience working for a company that has gone through process changes or helped support company process changes or transformations.
-Experience with ADP null
