Remote Benefits Call Center Representative

Mandatory Paid Training | 6 weeks

\n

$15.00 per hour in training

\n

$16.00 per hour in production

\n

Production Hours: Monday – Friday / shifts between 9:00AM -5:30 PM EST

About the Role 

\n

As a Benefits Administration Services Associate II, you will be responsible for: 

\n\n Responding to client specific inquiries through multiple channels including telephone and web correspondence. \n Assisting participants with the information needed to make informed decisions. \n Completing transaction(s) related to the customer’s inquiry with limited supervision while meeting timeliness and accuracy standards. \n Explaining the appropriate participant forms and provides guidance on completion. \n Completing follow up and call backs in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate. \n Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date. \n Providing great customer service. \n\n

Requirements 

\n

To be successful in this role you will: 

\n\n Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education. \n Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test. \n Demonstrate problem-solving skills. \n Be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer. \n Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. \n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $ 31,200 - $39,000.
