Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time temporary position.

Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
· Resolves customer complaint issues by phone, e-mail and letters.
· Utilizes strong phone skills when speaking with customers. Has the ability to listen, sympathize and respond in a friendly manner to customer issues.
· Understands and implements company policies and procedures consistently.
· Records all inquiries in the Customer Call database.
· Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently.
· Demonstrates the ability to use good judgment when evaluating obstacles and arrives at a suitable solution without the loss of productivity.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
· 2+ years of customer service experience.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Bilingual in Spanish.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work 9:30am – 6pm PST
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
