Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative
TEKsystems has a Remote Bilingual Call Center opportunity! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Using innovative technology and powerful data analytics, we help government and commercial payers reduce cost, increase quality, and achieve regulatory compliance. · Answer incoming phone lines. · Follow guidelines dictated in quality program for each call. · Ensure security procedure are met in every interaction. · Utilize all applicable systems to procure needed program details to answer the caller’s questions in accordance with program guidelines. · Ensure correct information is communicated in each interaction. · Maintain call talk times while applying all file facts. · Following details of required call scripts. · Process incoming Level 1 docs and maintain quality performance in processing. Next Steps: The recruiting team will reach out to discuss next steps in 10 business days. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
