Remote Business Optimization Analyst,
**Come join our amazing team and work remote from home!** **What you’ll do:** Responsible for mapping processes, analyzing system and process efficacy, and developing reporting solutions that visualize performance and trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement business reporting and analytics solutions that align with organizational needs. Recommend and implement process improvements and system workflow solutions, while ensuring timely execution of project deliverables. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable US state and federal laws and regulations. The target pay range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 plus annual bonus. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. + Support the development and implementation of solutions that address business needs and enhance operational efficiency. + Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. + Provide business leaders with recommendations on system performance, utilization, process changes, and system enhancements or if a contract extension or new system/tool may be needed. + Create a variety of reporting solutions such as operational reports or dashboards to visualize business unit performance and trends. + Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. + Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, also ensuring policies and procedures are updated and maintained. + Partner with stakeholders to drive consensus on project goals and objectives. + Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive. **What you’ll need:** + Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau). + Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and systems development lifecycle (SDLC). + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Growth mindset focused on process adoption, human capital retention, and employee engagement. + Ability and desire to function in a high-paced, heavily regulated work environment. + Strong time management skills and delivers high-quality work within defined timelines + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
