The firm is committed to providing personalized and effective legal representation to a diverse, high-profile client base. Known for their collaborative environment and dedication to excellence, we handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including business disputes, real estate conflicts, employment litigation, personal injury, and other complex cases. We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: + Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and appellate briefs, as appropriate. + Perform thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advocacy. + Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation. + Prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. + Active membership in the State Bar of California in good standing. + Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience. + Strong knowledge of California civil procedure, rules of evidence, and litigation processes. This is contract position, with the strong possibility of permanent hire by the firm based on fit and performance.
