Summary: Seeking a Change Management Lead to provide leadership for major IT projects, focusing on employee adoption and usage of new business processes, systems, and technology.
Job Requirements:
Experience in change management processes and tools.
Ability to work across highly matrixed teams of business leaders and IT professionals.
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering program-related communications.
Strong ability to identify key stakeholders, conduct impact analyses, and assess change readiness.
Proven track record in coaching senior leaders and executives.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting IT initiatives, particularly in software deployment and data preparation/reporting.
Ability to manage anticipated resistance and assess change management effectiveness.
Knowledge of integrating change management activities into project plans.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide change management leadership for major IT projects, initially focusing on the Warranty On Demand (WOD) deployment and a new software platform for data preparation and reporting.
Apply change management strategies to support adoption of new business processes, systems, and technology.
Develop and deliver communications and training programs to support change initiatives.
Coach senior leaders and executives to fulfill the role of change sponsors.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and manage stakeholder engagement.
Oversee the work of contract change managers and maintain change management resources.
Define and measure success metrics, monitor change progress, and ensure user readiness.
Provide consulting services to other corporate IT project teams as needed.
Pay: 60-70

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
