Remote Clinical Applications Specialist - CT Oncology Provide telephone and remote clinical applications support to internal and external customers for the Philips CT and CT Oncology product line, delivering critical remote clinical support that employs strong clinical and product knowledge, multitasking between telephone and multiple software programs, with the soft-skills to deliver a caring, efficient, and consistent customer and patient experience. **Your role:** + Delivering remote clinical problem solving, solutions, services training, guidance where applicable, and education for DI/IGT solutions. + Providing telephone and remote clinical applications support to internal and external customers for the Philips product line. + Providing detailed documentation of case notes, product data and patient data in a timely, accurate and confidential manner + Driving increased productivity through utilization of remote tools, technical and clinical skill, and optimized solution delivery + Multitasking between telephone and multiple software programs, with the soft-skills to deliver a caring, efficient and consistent customer and patient experience **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired a minimum of 2 years of medical imaging experience on Philips products; 5 years preferred + RT (R) (T) registry in good standing with ARRT credentials preferred. + An Associate’s degree, or equivalent certification and experience, is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred + You are flexible for scheduled availability on a rotational basis to include evening hours. + Your skills include in-depth knowledge of modality imaging and strong ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems anatomy.
