Remote Clinical Applications Specialist - CT Oncology
Provide telephone and remote clinical applications support to internal and external customers for the Philips CT and CT Oncology product line, delivering critical remote clinical support that employs strong clinical and product knowledge, multitasking between telephone and multiple software programs, with the soft-skills to deliver a caring, efficient, and consistent customer and patient experience.
**Your role:**
+ Delivering remote clinical problem solving, solutions, services training, guidance where applicable, and education for DI/IGT solutions.
+ Providing telephone and remote clinical applications support to internal and external customers for the Philips product line.
+ Providing detailed documentation of case notes, product data and patient data in a timely, accurate and confidential manner
+ Driving increased productivity through utilization of remote tools, technical and clinical skill, and optimized solution delivery
+ Multitasking between telephone and multiple software programs, with the soft-skills to deliver a caring, efficient and consistent customer and patient experience
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired a minimum of 2 years of medical imaging experience on Philips products; 5 years preferred
+ RT (R) (T) registry in good standing with ARRT credentials preferred.
+ An Associate’s degree, or equivalent certification and experience, is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
+ You are flexible for scheduled availability on a rotational basis to include evening hours.
+ Your skills include in-depth knowledge of modality imaging and strong ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems anatomy. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and ability to work a team environment that drives positive results and team participation.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

+ Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting.
+ Work flexible hours (based on business needs).
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The annual pay range for this position in AZ, AR, IA, IO, KS, KY, LO, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VI, WV is $33.57 hour to $57.55/hour
The annual pay for range for this position in AL, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, ID, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PN, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY is $35.34/hour to $60.58/hour
The annual pay for range for this position in AK, MD, NY, RI, WA is $37.10/hour to $63.61/hour
The annual pay for range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ is $39.58/hour to $67.85/hour
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
