Schedule is by appointment only. **Pay Rate** The wage for this position is between $46.10-47.90. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. **As a Remote Counselor you will:** + Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, helping them to overcome personal challenges and improve their mental health and well-being + Work collaboratively with Clinical Director to design, modify, and deliver all aspects of clinical therapy + Performs quality counseling services + Review and sign off on all clinical notes as when service is completed. + Provide direct client services + Conducts strategic and long-range planning for the agency **Requirements:** + Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field + Valid state licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed + Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent, or associate level under supervision + Preferred: two years of experience in a behavioral health or social service agency + Thorough knowledge of the ADHS regulations, all requirements of professional clinical services + A valid driver’s license and documentation of appropriate automobile insurance + Current or willing to apply for DPS fingerprint cards if working with individuals under the age of 18 years old **Other Details:** + This is a contract to permanent position, conversion is based on performance, attendance and other factors by client.
