Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for Outbound Customer Service Representatives to join one of our large healthcare call center teams. They will be reaching out to provider offices to confirm patients and providers and request medical records for risk adjustments for particular dates of service. This is a fully scripted position, where all calls are recorded for QA and you are expected to make 60 calls per day to provider offices. You will also be responsible for internal & external email communication requesting FedEx labels, checking the status of the record return, and following up with providers if they are not answering their phone. The goal of this project is to have the charts returned to Centauri so they can see how much funding they need to request from the state.
This is primarily outbound but will involve minimal inbound calls. Agents need to be able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with or without a script in a professional, personable, empathetic and friendly way. They must have strong listening skills and have the ability to adapt and respond to any communication from members. This is a full time, 40 hour/week opportunity and attendance/hours will be tracked based on actual calling time.
There will be a virtual, paid two week training session for every person before they begin on the phones. During the training, they will be provided with a script to learn and practice with their instructor. There can be absolutely no calls out for the first 30 days. Once the resources are approved to begin on their own, their calls will be tracked for length and volume every day. The lowest expectation would be around 40 calls per day. The managers are looking for people with a strong, pleasant and happy phone presence. Individuals need to have their own computer or laptop with a Windows 10 or 11 based system -- NO MacBook or Chromebook, an extra monitor (2 screens), 8GB RAM or Higher, and 2.4 GHZ processor or higher
The Hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM EST
All Candidates must pass the Computer Literacy Test before moving to next steps.

5+ years of Customer Service Experience, both inbound & outbound
Good communication and professionalism
Can work 40 hours weekly
Experience with Microsoft Programs
