What You’ll Do: •Answer Incoming Calls: Be the first point of contact for potential students and parents, answering their questions and guiding them through the enrollment process. •Enroll New Students: Assist with the enrollment of new students, ensuring all required information is collected and processed. •Provide Information: Explain available programs, schedules, and benefits to prospective students and parents. •Resolve Inquiries: Address questions, resolve any issues, and ensure a smooth transition for students into their new classes. •Maintain Records: Accurately document student enrollment details and track progress in the system. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
