What You’ll Do: •Answer Incoming Calls: Be the first point of contact for potential students and parents, answering their questions and guiding them through the enrollment process. •Enroll New Students: Assist with the enrollment of new students, ensuring all required information is collected and processed. •Provide Information: Explain available programs, schedules, and benefits to prospective students and parents. •Resolve Inquiries: Address questions, resolve any issues, and ensure a smooth transition for students into their new classes. •Maintain Records: Accurately document student enrollment details and track progress in the system.
