Monster Tree Service of Rochester is seeking a bright, career minded Customer Service & Sales Appointment Scheduler with strong communications and office skills to join our team. This is a work from home position that will interact with Monster’s customers and employees, providing business assistance and support. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.
Responsibilities: Assist the Owner with daily tasks such as scheduling and customer service. Represent the Monster Tree Service brand by providing outstanding customer support, answering calls and scheduling estimates or service appointments. Manage Sales Arborist's calendar. Filing and maintenance of critical Customer information on estimates, invoices and receipts. Maintain on-going phone, text and email communication with current and prospective customers. Qualifications: Office experience in an administrative or customer service capacity helpful but will train the right person Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experienced in Quick Books Familiarity with the local area Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential A problem solver with a keen eye for detail Highly reliable and organized We offer competitive wages commensurate with experience ($20-$25 DOE), training, year-round employment, state-of-the-art equipment, a positive and respectful work environment, and more!
