Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Architect in Charleston, SC.
Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Dynamics 365 Architect with strong experience with Customer Insights (CI) to join our Apex organization, where you will build and own the technical implementation of the -Single View of The Customer- powered by D365 Customer Insights (CI). In addition, you'll work as a functional lead in supporting and implementing Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform capabilities spanning across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules and use Power Automate, Power Apps and/or Power Virtual Agent.
Responsibilities:
* Develop low-code solutions in Dynamics 365 CI, and Power Platform
* Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with Project Management and Customer Experience
* Monitor and maintain D365 Customer Insights platform data ingestion/unification/deduplication processes
* Leverage Power Automate to configure and implement business logic
* Combine raw data from different external sources and build and support complex ingestions
* Collaborate with application developers/data analysts who will be consuming the data
* Provides expertise to drive business value through technological advancements
* Create and/or maintain architectural diagrams (system, context, component, topology, and security)
* Maintain and enhance current knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CI and Power Platform through self-study and utilization of available training and attending professional conferences
