Our client is currently in search of two types of employment attorneys. One with 4+ years of experience and one with with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Skills & Experience needed:

Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background Strongly preferred: Current or recent experience working with school third party administrator employment panels Required: must have school district defense experience in employment law Must have 4 years of employment law defense experience Trial experience preferred, but not required Experience with public entity defense a plus Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees Member, State Bar of California in good standing Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability Excellent written and oral communication Commitment to proactive case management
