Job Title: REMOTE Enterprise Software Support Specialist - $70-$80k (WealthTech)

We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a REMOTE Enterprise Software Support Specialist with experience in the following:
 - 4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS customer support/success- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, APIs, cloud services, data migration, security, etc.
- Experience working with software integrations between systems

You will be the first point of contact when our enterprise customers are having issues.

This includes things like acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues
