REMOTE EST - Technical Build Coordinator
Job Description A large gaming company is looking is for someone who loves video games and a strong troubleshooting background. This person will work with multiple teams to support mobile capture efforts across the entire ecosystem. This person's efforts will allow us to deliver best-in-class marketing videos at the highest quality possible to the masses. A strong understanding of mobile troubleshooting, including the knowledge of sideloading applications, is important as well as working with multiple people across multiple productions to ship amazing video content. In this role, you will Be required to support video productions which requires you to manage manage console development kits Troubleshoot issues with devices and builds while using a mix of manual and technical testing Show project management skills, proficiency in time management, and flexibility to work on multiple projects at once. Support smoke testing sessions to find critical path bugs/blockers to defend against project delivery risk; responsible for prioritizing and creating JIRA tickets. Maintain and update Gameplay Capture Team technical documentation. Skills and Requirements Proficient in technical operations Possesses gameplay experience, ideally on mobile gaming. Someone who is familiar with working with multiple teams. Experience with filing tickets using platforms like JIRA or similar ticketing systems. Proficiency in documenting processes and solutions in databases such as Confluence, Wiki, or Knowledge Base systems. Familiarity with project management systems such as Wrike or similar Someone who is highly organized and receptive to learning new skills and technologies.
