In this role you will be working within an incredible team that comes with very competitive salary. **_Primary Duties:_** + Executive Director- Sales. + Key member of the leadership team. + Providing Account Management to current accounts and bringing in new accounts for us. + Working with RVP’s and Customer Success team. + Serve as the SME in all: Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Training, Quality Audit, Transformation, HR, etc. + Highly visible role and will represent company externally with clients are key conferences, webinars, and other industry meetings. + Sales & Go to Market support, Sales collateral, Client escalations and operation. **_Requirements:_** + 7-10 years of experience in CLINICAL SERVICES + RN or BS/BA degree in health, medicine, nursing, medical coding/technology preferred + Will look at someone with MBA if they have strong healthcare sales background. + CCDS preferred + Medical Experience + RHIA, RHIT, and CCS are a plus + Someone with global experience is a plus + Ability to engage CXO- level customer contacts in strategic decisions + Knowledge of AGS products/services and how they interplay + High EQ + Self Starter + Book of business is nice **_If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact me at josh.mccoy@adeccona.com.
