Ensure the business unit has proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people in place to effectively grow the business unit and to ensure operating efficiency. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Provide support to field contractors, addressing any questions or issues that arise during the completion of assignments. 4. Monitor the progress of assignments to ensure they are completed on time and meet customer expectations. 5. Conduct quality assurance reviews of completed assignments to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements. 6. Posses and maintain knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations. 3.
