Join our Remote Call Center Representative Team! **Responsibilities for Remote Call Center Representative:** Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding Benefits from members, providers & employer groups. Explain and clarify plans’ policies and procedures. + Actively attempt to resolve member or provider concerns, which may include contacting other appropriate parties to facilitate the resolution of such concerns and adequately documents the information on the billing system. + Investigate verbal complaints concerning billing, claims or service rendered.  Escalate complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. + Maintain current knowledge of Member Services policies and procedures. + Perform other work-related duties as assigned. **Requirements for Remote Call Center Representative:** We’re looking for people with a passion for helping others, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you will have: + Ability to successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test. + **_Must be US Citizen_** + High school diploma, GED or college degree + Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance. + Successful completion of background check is required for this position. + At least 1 year of Call Center experience preferred. + 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience. + Knowledge of and prior experience in Dental, Medical or Managed Care industry is preferred.   + Must possess the following characteristics: self-motivation, resourceful, detail-oriented, sense of accountability and must be a team player. + Must possess strong skills in the following areas: organizational, time management, written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem solving. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer. + Strong communication skills over the phone. + Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.  Equipment and workspace requirements: + You must have a home internet connection of 10 Download and 3 Upload Speed (you may do a quick check through https://fiber.google.com/speedtest/ + Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet. + Must have a distraction free and secure work environment. **Below is what you’ll need to do to be considered for this position.
