Remote Inbound Sales Representative – Direct Hire Pay Rate: hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications, plus commissionLocation: RemoteHours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday (see work schedules below)The Reserves Network is seeking compassionate and consultative individuals to join our clients Remote Representative Team as Preventative Healthcare Advisors.  In this role,  you will be responsible for educating callers about benefits of early health screenings and additional services available.  This is a full-time position with permanent work-from-home opportunities, offering comprehensive benefits and a supportive, growth-orientated environment.  
Responsibilities:Manage average 35-45 incoming call per shift from new and returning customers.Gather detailed health information to assess callers’ individual health risks.Educate callers on the benefits of early health screenings for the prevention and early detection of chronic/major health conditions.Use a consultative sales approach to recommend appropriate health services and achieve sales targets.Schedule appointments for screenings and process payments efficiently over the phone.Promote and upsell tailored screening packages based on individual health risk profiles.Offer flexible payment options, prioritizing pre-paid plans for screening appointments.Requirements: Strong interest in working within a sales-driven environment.Exceptional phone communication skills with expertise in consultative selling.Consistent employment history with a focus on long-term commitment.Excellent stress management and time organization skills.Highly competitive, with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, 10 Mbps Upload with the ability to hardwire into the internet router.  Port 5060 must be open. Satellite and Cellular Hotspot Internet is not compatible with our phone system.Quiet, designated workspace at home to ensure a professional work environment.High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is preferred. Benefits and Perks:Three weeks of paid training, conducted virtually, Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST.All necessary equipment provided (computer, monitor, phone, etc.)Monthly performance-based commission, with an average of $500 per month.
