You will be responsible for educating callers about the benefits of early health screenings and additional services available. Inbound Sales Representatives take an average of 35-45 incoming calls per shift from both new and returning customers. Responsibilities: Collect relevant health information from your callers to understand their specific health risksEducate callers on the benefits of early health screenings, which improve length and quality of life through the prevention and early detection of chronic/major health conditionsUse a consultative sales approach to recommend medically relevant services, while converting leads and meeting sales goalsSchedule screening appointments and collect payments over the phone and secure payment plans (Focus on pre-paid screening appointments)Discuss multiple screening packages offered and upsell screening package based on health risks Qualifications and Requirements: Previous call center and sales experience is required with stable job historyOutstanding phone etiquette with a strong ability for Consultative SalesA competitive mindset to meet and exceed performance/sales goalsMinimum internet speed of 50 MBPS and 10 MBPS (internet speed test will be given)High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Benefits and Perks: $14-$16 per hour plus uncapped commissionsYearly merit increasesPaid monthly commission based on performance – Average monthly commission $500 a month. In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $29,120 -$33,280, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
