Responsibilities The Remote Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within key product areas by proactively reaching out and up selling to existing customers. Working closely with the sales team, this role plays a vital part in executing go-to-market strategies, meeting sales targets, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Consistently meet and exceed individual performance quotas and sales targets by proactively engaging with existing customers and exploring all potential sales opportunities Regularly connect with clients to discuss current and upcoming needs, educate them on relevant product offerings, and strengthen relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business Use a consultative approach to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that align with their specific goals Diligently track all sales activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups, in CRM software (such as Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring timely and accurate data entry Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, feedback, and transaction details to provide valuable insights for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and decision-making processes Leverage CRM data to prioritize follow-ups and support long-term client retention strategies Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends to deliver effective sales pitches and support go-to-market strategies Work closely with the sales team, divisional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new opportunities, share customer insights, and refine sales approaches Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales skills, stay updated on best practices, and continuously improve sales processes Additional job duties as assigned Skills/Experience Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required A results-focused individual with a competitive nature and determination to exceed sales targets; must be a “heavy hitter” who approaches challenges with confidence and thrives in a high-energy, performance-based environment Demonstrates a “jump in head first” attitude, tackling tasks and projects with initiative and a positive mindset; exhibits a proactive approach to sales, actively seeking out new opportunities and potential clients Displays resilience and persistence, maintaining a positive attitude through setbacks and rejections, and adapting quickly to changing priorities or customer needs Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred but not required Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and navigate complex sales processes Highly organized, with strong time management and problem-solving skills Work Schedule: Employee will be required to work a minimum of forty (40) hours of per week or as many hours as it may take to perform above job duties.
