Remote Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Job Description Strategy   Assist in assignment brief development, serving as daily POC for creative and partner feedback for Lifecycle Checking initiatives Provides strategic recommendations to team and senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives, based on in-depth understanding of Checking needs/priorities Customer Journey & Additional Project Execution   Manage and optimize existing Checking Onboarding journeys Manage Relationship Package automations/triggers across email and DM Manage the execution and development of strategic cross-sell emails in the Progress Check and Tenured XS journeys across 7 plus products Support the integration of BMO Checking products to future Lifecycle journeys (i.e. F25 Early Tenure Onboarding Journey) with a focus on customer onboarding, engagement and retention Project based leadership   Assist in planning, development and execution of strategic lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive funding, balance growth and retention across US Checking accounts Process Management   Accountable for following processes and procedures inclusive of managing WF templates, LOB and compliance approvals and reporting share outs Produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for Checking Lifecycle Marketing Stakeholder Management   Serve as primary relationship for Checking Lifecycle marketing Manage relationships throughout the organization and serve as a POC for additional Lifecycle inquiries where needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Experience providing requirements for Customer Journeys 4+ years of experience as a marketing strategist Experience strategizing a marketing campaign creating a lifecycle for the customer including multiple channels: email, direct mail, text, including digital channels such as app and displays on websites (DSP) Tenacious, direct, assertive personality, ability to speak up and ask questions if needed Experience working with a Marketing Automation platform (SFMC preferred) Experience managing stakeholders and product partners to put together a marketing strategy Digital Life cycle marketing campaigns: Have to have been involved in building Life Cycle marketing campaigns using a marketing platform Lifecycle experience: multi channel experience talking to customers ex) happy birthday emails, texts, touch points, ways to reach out to retain a customer PowerPoint experience Excellent communication, analytical mindset Corporate or agency experience is fine Local to Chicago Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud: understand the steps to build the journeys (understanding requirements, timelines for how quickly things can be built, understand the capabilities for SFMC journey builder) Banking industry/Financial industry Cost/benefit analysis null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
