As the Maintenance Manager your primary function will be to develop, deliver and track all the Service orders, weekly, biweekly, monthly quarterly semi-annual and annual reports with all technical data packages required under the ESS VII, and UMCSV task orders. You will also be required to be the customer interface for all technical data deliverables activities with the US Government Representatives. You will work closely with other SGT team members, including site superintendent, Project Mangers, Engineers and Program manager.
Responsibilities:Developing, tracking, approving and submitting deliverables that include but not limited to the following:•Managing the ESSVII and UMCSV Maintenance Department•Developing, producing and managing subcontractor agreements•Developing, producing and managing M&S documentation templates (quality control, daily reports, ECP, RFI etc.)•Developing, producing and managing M&S service orders•Developing, producing and managing M&S Plans•Developing, producing and managing M&S quality control plans•Developing and producing M&S web base email and 1800- number•Developing and producing PMI reports•Developing and managing the corrective maintenance and services (service orders)•Developing and producing ESS/UMCS system request for information documents•Developing and producing Electronic Security System Engineering Change proposal documents•Developing and producing ESS/UMCS system equipment list with quantity, manufacture and part numbers •Responding to customer technical comments and questions•Creating and maintaining a library of projects soft and hard copies•Providing technical data and support to the Data Department for Manufacture Data Sheet, Safety Plan, CFT/PVT procedures, training manuals, student handouts, CFT/PVT reports and any other deliverables.•Developing and producing weekly reports, monthly reports, safety reports, accident reports, revenue projections, schedule of value, cost proposals, budgets, project schedules and any other required documentation•Understanding and obtaining all US army Corps of Engineer Contract specifications, national electrical codes, city codes, permits, licenses, insurances bondages, all prevalent wages and determination, contracts and subcontracts. •Developing and producing ESS/UMCS System scope of work documentation•Developing and producing vendors and suppliers’ agreements•Responding to customer and subcontractors’ comments and questions•Insuring proper and adequate payment to subcontractors and vendors•Trouble shooting skills in electrical and ESS/UMCS on the various Electronic Security System•Manage logistics and shipping of parts, equipment and materials
Required Qualifications:•Minimum three (3) years of experience working with USACE Huntsville.•Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Technical Data Administrator•Familiarity with the Army Corps of Engineers work process•Extensive knowledge and experience with USACE Huntsville TDP-I, TDP-II, TDP-III, TDP-IV TDP-V deliverables•Good communication skills, both oral and written
Preferred Qualifications:•Proficiency in MS Office Suite •Ability to learn SGT proprietary software tools•Must be accountable and adaptable, with the ability to handle a frequent changing environment and take responsibility for one’s work•Ability to maintain and manage strong working relationship with current and prospective clients and within the Siemens organization.•Must be proactive and the ability to take initiative when needed.•Ability to think and solve problems on the spot
Security Clearance:•Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance

An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
