Kforce's client is seeking a Remote Manager of Corporate Financial Systems to join their team. This position is critical in driving best-in-class financial systems for the Company and requires a mix of leadership, systems expertise, and hands-on development and support knowledge. Essential Responsibilities: * Responsible for the success of Oracle ERP Cloud & other programs as per the Product Owners' priorities * Ensures that projects are accurately scoped, budgeted, resourced, and conducted in line with IT strategy, security, and governance guidelines * Meets regularly with internal customers (Product Owners), identifying issues and opportunities, and addressing as appropriate; The company's users are spread across US, Europe & APAC * Acts as a key liaison between other functional areas within IT and business leaders throughout the Company to assess project priorities, identify opportunities for systems improvements or enhancements, and evaluate the success and impact of Financial Systems solutions on Company operations * Leads the design, development, implementation, and support of new or revised solutions * Own & delegate hands-on responsibilities in identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures for financial systems Organizational Responsibilities: * Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s) * Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity Working Conditions: * Incumbents work in an office environment, Charleston, SC
