Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Technical Project Manager for one of our largest Telecommunications/Contact Center clients and sit fully remote in EST or CST. This person will be joining the Product & Engineering Division and split their time between project planning/defining/risk assessing, documentation, stakeholder/team meetings, and project hygiene. The main objective for this opening is to implement a centralized/scalable, efficient engineering and delivery operating model aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices while creating clear, detailed documentation of workflows, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
