Job Description A healthcare provider is growing their networking team. This is an evolving role. Initially it will be ticket resolution through ServiceNow and vendor conversations will take place to create vendor related tickets for ISP issues. Additional conversations with partners for decisions on architecture. Will manage and utilize partnerships with vendors to help them manage overall network. A lot of documentation that needs to be created. The goal being to get to a place where can make recommendations for network enhancements that will improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role will at times be customer facing with physicians and clinical staff as needed. This person will be responsible for Voice. There is still a little Call Manager but will be moving to Efacts on the UCaaS side. There is some old Cisco equipment that needs to be replaced but otherwise completely Fortinet. The data centers are set in Atlanta and Orlando which will require occasional travel. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of Networking engineering experience 3-5 years of Fortinet experience ADVPN configuration experience and an understanding of hub and spoke architecture Able to work with internal customers and outside vendors Experience making recommendations for architectural changes to a network for improved efficiency Voice experience Multi-site healthcare architecture experience UCaaS knowledge Go getter, detail oriented, process driven, strong communication skills, good listener, and ability to lead Experience working as a stand alone Network Engineer for a smaller organization Sitting in CST or EST Comfortable with occasional travel to Atlanta or Orlando Experience with Cisco Experience redoing an entire network Ambulatory or physician services experience Resides in ATL or Orlando null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
