Hostaway is seeking a pro-active, driven Remote Operations Generalist to support the company in building out its Operations work to support the company's growth.
Your MissionHelp develop processes, policies, and systems that support efficient operational growth
Support the development and management of our remote company community and collaboration tools including Confluence and Slack
Assist with the planning and logistics for company events such as offsites
Support onboarding processes for new starters including ordering devices and following simple IT setup tasks
Where needed, support ad hoc company projects
Job requirements3+ years in a similar role that touches broad company topics
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment as well as independently
Project management skills that enable you to work on more than one project and deliver
Experience remotely supporting a distributed workforce
Strong customer centric mindset
Fluent in English (Writing/Speaking)
