Remote Opportunity- Scheduler/Admin Assistan
Adecco is currently assisting our client hire a Scheduler/Admin Assistant! This is a great Remote and temp to hire job opportunity with great schedule! Monday- Friday 7:00 - 3:30pm Pay Rate $22.00 - $25.00 /hr DOE **POSITION SUMMARY:** Administrative support for the SIBTF department to ensure the smooth handling of Subsequent Injury Benefits Trust Fund Workflow. Responsible for scheduling SIBTF Evaluations. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** + Schedule examinations through office operating system according to the establish protocols. · Schedule and confirm appointment dates and times with physicians' offices Process requests for medical records and start the medical records obtainment process. + Ensures that exam notification letters and required forms are sent daily + Coordinates ancillary services such as interpretation, transportation, and or exam site rentals when needed. · Review the referral to ensure the medical records are thorough and accurate. · Ensure timely delivery of medical records to Reviewers either via claim system portal, electronically or by mail, as requested. · Ensue to provide timely updates to SIF applicants · Assist Applicant with the evaluation required documents, whenever necessary · Ensure timely appointment reminders calls are made to the applicants · Ensure all practices are carried out in accordance with HIPPA compliance practices, state and federal safety standards and legal regulations. · Perform other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:** **Competencies/Knowledge:** · Detail Oriented · Communication Proficiency · Multi-task Ability · Ability to Prioritize · Teamwork Orientation · Follow-up skills · Sense of urgency · Flexibility · Ethical Conduct · Technical ability in Microsoft Office · Problem Solving skills · Decision Making · Critical Thinking · Customer/client focused · Must be bilingual-Spanish (written and oral) · Must have full understanding of HIPPA regulations and compliance · PHI security knowledge **_Training/Education:_** HS Diploma/GED **_Experience:_** 1+ years clerical experience; no fault and/or workers compensation knowledge a plus Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
