Remote - Outbound Customer Service Rep - $20/hr - Part Time
THIS IS A REMOTE - PART TIME ROLE HOURS MAY BE from M - F 6PM-11PM AND/OR SATURDAY 12PM-6PM Pay: 20 an hr 3 month contract great opportunity for a 2nd income and call center experience for resume building MUST HAVE: -HS Diploma or GED required -6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, etc. experience -Good speaking voice Equipment Requirements: -Windows (10 or 11) – No Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc. -Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless) -Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required -Ability to come off mute when called on -Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload Overview: Join our National Campaigns Unit to help support shareholder communications for public companies. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in communicating with shareholders on behalf of internal clients such as Computershare and Georgeson. This is a contested proxy meeting role where you will clarify information and guide investors to ensure their interests are accurately represented. Key Responsibilities: + Provide inbound, outbound, and email responses for shareholder communications. + Assist investors in understanding the contested proxy meetings, where one side questions management and suggests replacing the Board of Directors. + Communicate that the information from opposing sides is inaccurate and reassure shareholders that management has their best interests at heart. + Direct shareholders to the appropriate platform for voting moving forward. + Promote the message that shareholders should disregard conflicting information and trust management's decisions. Skills & Experience: + Customer Service: Engage with shareholders professionally and effectively over the phone and through email. + Communication: Clear, confident speaking voice and excellent grammar/English proficiency. + Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and managing customer data entry. + Phone & Outbound Calls: Experience handling phone calls, including outbound calls to shareholders. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Ability to actively participate in calls and team chats. + Strong attention to detail, with the ability to correct grammar when needed. Position Type: Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
