Job Description PART TIME - M-F 8AM-NOON CST As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities include eliciting and documenting stakeholder needs, maintaining the backlog, and collaborating with design and development teams. You will understand customer needs, incorporate feedback, and support the product vision and roadmap. Participating in daily Agile activities, supporting sprint planning, and managing the backlog are key aspects of the role. You will assess risks, advocate for Agile adoption, and ensure operational readiness. Performing user acceptance testing and leveraging data for insights are crucial for quality assurance. Additionally, you will support financial analysis and competitive market analysis. Staying updated on industry practices and contributing to organizational growth are essential for continuous improvement. Lastly, you will serve as a mentor, manage team conflict, and support cultural values. Compensation: $27/hr to $38/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (2+ years experience) or 4+ years of experience without a degree. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience working in an Agile Environment Healthcare industry experience, especially with UnitedHealthcare, Optum, etc. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and customer-centric experience. Experience with electronic delivery of Explanation of Benefits Experience working directly with customer base/Consumer experience. Excellent communication, collaboration, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
