Remote Part Time Dispatcher (weekend Shift)

Job Description
A client of insight global is seeking a remote part time dispatcher. As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination between our service teams, customers, and drivers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming service requests, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records. Youll be the central point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and ensuring timely service delivery.
shift:
Saturday 6am-3pm EST
Sunday 4pm-8pm EST (might be able to extend to full day if deal breaker for the right candidate)
Monday/Friday 8-5 EST
Possibly Thurs or Tues 8-5 EST
Compensation:
$18/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using communication tools (phones, chat, email etc.).
Logistics or Supply chain industry experience null
