Job Description
A client is seeking a REMOTE Insurance Sales Agent for a direct hire opportunity. The client is an insurtech start-up. Our mission is to build industry-leading solutions that make insurance easy for everyone, from consumers to partners to insurers. Our embedded insurance solutions bring the market's leading insurance brands into the apps and ecosystems consumers already use to help them find, compare, and purchase personal insurance, harnessing the power of their personal data.
This agent will be a central part of our ambitious Sales engine, proposing risk management strategies that expertly fit the risk profiles of each customer. They will be expected to sell new policies every month, navigate dozens of insurers' products and agent portals to find best insurance options, etc. This is an INBOUND sales role, they will not be expected to cold call or generate their own leads.
SHIFT: Tuesday-Saturday (12p-9p EDT) OR Sunday-Thursday (12p-9p EDT)

Skills and Requirements
Property and Casualty Licensed (P&C)-- (must be licensed in more than 15+ states)
3+ years of P&C Insurance Sales experience (Heavy focus on Auto)
Call Center Experience
Multi-Broker Experience
Strong Computer Literacy (Able to pick up on Software Systems easy)
Must be able to provide a PDR (Producer Database Report) P&C Licensed in all 50 states
Experience with the following Tech Stack:
Tech stack:
Kustomer: their omni-channel communication platform/ CRM we are using to converse with leads across phones, SMS, and email
Aircall: Their telephony platform (integrated with Kustomer) for calls
Slack: internal chat system for team
Lessonly: LMS
Google workspace: internal email, calendars, drive, etc null
