Our company, Alliance Solutions Group, is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Pharmacists to join our major client. This position is a fully REMOTE position and offers a pacific time, 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month. This is a fantastic, temp to hire, opportunity for a licensed Pharmacist with excellent communication skills to make a significant impact on patient care from the comfort of their own home. You must be a Pharmacist licensed in the state of California to be considered. If you live in California, You also MUST be Bilingual, (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Russian) Speaking. The language requirement does NOT apply to OR residents. We are looking for pharmacists skilled in either Medication Adherence and/or Medication Therapy Management. 

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, assess, and document patient data to ensure accurate medication therapy management. Conduct efficient and thorough medication reviews, utilizing MTM processes. Assist in obtaining referrals and authorizations as required. Proactively follow-up with clinics, providers, pharmacies, and patients to promptly address any patient issues and concerns.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid and current Pharmacist license in the state of CA or OR MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH, CANTONESE, KOREAN, MANDARIN, or RUSSIAN SPEAKING IF RESIDING IN CA Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree. MTM experience is a prerequisite for this role. Ability to review and assess the appropriateness of prescriptions considering age-specific and disease-state-specific considerations. Exceptional communication skills are a must.
