Job Description An employer in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX market is looking for a Software Engineering Specialist to join their team. This person will be responsible for research, design, implementation, development, testing and maintaining multi-tier architectures to configure and manage Mission Communications Systems equipment. This person will analyze design tradeoffs against scope, cost, and schedule constraints. This person will also analyze requirements to determine feasibility of design. This person will also perform coding and unit test of resultant software. This person will also perform software component integration. Skills and Requirements 5-10 years of experience. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant PaaS experience or Master's with 2-4 years of prior relevant Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience. Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Strong experience in establishing, maintaining, and growing DevSecOps resources. Strong experience in establishing, maintaining and growing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and supporting infrastructure. Demonstrated capability to maintain a PaaS ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with widely dispersed team members. Strong desire for automation and a track record of flexibility in work roles.
