Remote Printer Support Specialist

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Installing configuring and maintaining printer hardware and software
Monitor network performance and maintain network security settings for printers and PCs
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by end-users.
Management of Change (Moc)
Validate and understand IT architecture/ infrastructure with network printers and computers including;
Printer software solutions
Changing and managing print driver profiles, settings, scripts, familiar with print driver (UPD) and Windows OS and Epic print drivers
Understand network print servers, print queues (On-Premise/ Cloud) and other data communications networks.
Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Utilize ServiceNow Software for managing helpdesk tickets and Asset Management
Strong Customer Service skills, including;
Communication with end users (clinical and office managers) as well as teammates.
Management of Change (Moc) with ability to roll-back changes if production results dont match expectations.
Problem-solving, and creativity.
Create knowledge articles, and instructions for end users.
And Project Management, including;
Develop proof of concepts and track processes to implementation.
Ability to oversee multiple projects.
Timelines and meeting company goals.

Skills and Requirements
Must haves:
- 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting printer software
- Customer service experience
- Experience with a Remote Printer Software Solution null
