Job Description Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Pega QA test lead to support a large healthcare client. This person is responsible for estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities, ensuring quality issues and defects are identified, documented, tracked, and resolved. This role requires strong QA Testing experience, proficiency in reading and understanding Pega CDH code and configurations, and familiarity with Pega CDH testing technologies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile principles, experience with Test Management tools like Rational Tool suite and JIRA, and hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and JavaScript. They must be skilled in testing APIs and data integrations, designing test cases, and organizing tester activities to ensure effective completion of testing. Excellent corporate communication skills are essential for smooth interactions with other teams, along with the ability to accurately estimate testing timelines and drive the team to meet deliverables on time. Additionally, the QA Test Lead should support E2E testing on Pega CDH validation, perform environment-specific configuration changes, and collaborate effectively in an onshore/offshore support model.
