Remote Quality Coordinator
Remote Quality Coordinator We are looking for a Quality and Process Improvement Coordinator. This entry-level position will support Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Operations for our business with an electric utility client. You will help design and develop a quality program covering procedures and processes to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. Additionally, you will help implement and maintain quality policies and processes and assist with business operations by performing specific tasks assigned as needed. + Assist in the development of the quality system, emphasizing compliance for engagement with the electric utility client. + Establish documented quality checks at key points in the design development process. + Develop and maintain a Corrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPA) database to log all internal and customer-caused quality issues. + Administer the CAPA program to ensure all action items are addressed and closed within the agreed timeframe. + Maintain and improve document control. + Assist with the development of a document storage system per internal and client needs. + Conduct internal process audits on various internal operational processes. + Serve as a liaison between delivery and learning and development (L&D) teams for facilitating training development. + Assist and lead quality training as needed. Essential Skills + Telecommunications + Outside Plant Engineering + Capacity Planning + Quality + Quality Assurance + Quality Coordination Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and Management, Engineering Management, or other Engineering Discipline from an accredited university. + 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Operations Improvement, etc. + Experience in compliance environments is a plus. + Internships and Co-ops may be counted towards experience.
