Remote Sales & Marketing BA
Job Description A global materials science manufacturing client is looking for a S&M (Sales & Marketing) Business Analyst to support the Digital IT Team. As a S&M Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the capabilities required to meet organizational goals and objectives, to document these requirements and user stories in a way that can be easily leveraged for solution design, build, and operation, and to ensure that the resulting developed solutions ultimately meet the business needs. The S&M Business Analyst - partnering Product Owners, IT Architects and Developers - will own and drive requirements that result in documented user stories which help the business areas prioritize work for sprints, and guide development teams on solution design. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for software applications and the business processes that surround them for Sales & Marketing Digital IT. Core Capabilities  Partners with business requesters and IT to identify and scope high level needs in support of project initiation and business case / scorecard development  Partners with Solution Architects to develop cost / risk analyses for IT solution design concepts  Provides guidance to business SMEs on project governance processes  Partners with Project Managers and Product Owners to define the requirements elicitation and documentation plan for approved projects  Identifies and reports risks and impact assessments current business/process model  Develops comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels  Communicates functional and non-functional requirements to the solution architect  Translates complex concepts into simple language to support stakeholder alignment  Ability to focus on near-term strategy and deliverables while also envisioning and planning for the North Star capability (seamless end-to-end customer experiences).  Leads training sessions and workshops to engage relevant teams  Leads periodic quality checks We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Minimum 3 years experience working with fundamental concepts related to S&M  Ideally looking for at least 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst  Must have Medical Device and/or Pharma industry experience o FDA & MLR (Medical, Legal and Regulatory) experience within healthcare  Experience with LMS and writing User Stories  Experience in working in Scaled Agile (SAFE methodology)  Experience supporting business and IT governance processes Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Learning Management Systems, Single Sign On Solutions (SSO) and/or Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) preferred (SSO & CIAM experience is a huge plus)  SQA/Verification Experience Learning Agility and Cultural Competencies. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
