Job Description
D2D: Responsible for service design, stakeholder communication, vendor negotiation, etc. for full project lifecycles surrounding BDM initiatives. Ensure accurate and timely financial planning for Global Service Operations & Strategy. Ensure integrity of active and historical managed service agreements as well as timely continuity of managed services going forward. Ensure Global Applications & Services licensing is compliant and appropriate with renewals secured on a timely basis. Ensure that all Global Applications training programs remain compliant, appropriate and effective over time and after change/release/update cycles. Improve services and reduce costs wherever possible across Global Services.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
8+ years of experience as a Service design Manager
Managed Service Provider/Supplier, Relationship & Contract Management for all Global Applications & Services
Experience within Bio Stats and Data Management supporting Clinical data repositories
o Development, maintenance and management of standards and best practices for service management interactions with vendors/service providers
Financial and Demand, Budgeting and Planning for all Global Services Concerns
Software & Services Licensing Management for all Global Applications & Services
End User Training Program Operation and Maintenance
Continuous improvement of Global Service Operations and strategy surrounding development, implementation, and operation
Experience supporting a global regulated environment null
