Join Philips as a Remote Service Engineer, where you will leverage cutting-edge remote access technologies to provide exceptional technical support for Philips Ultrasound products, improving healthcare outcomes globally.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:30am - 7:00pm ET

Your role:

Serve as a trusted Philips representative, delivering telephone and remote technical support to healthcare customers and field partners.

Diagnose and resolve customer service issues using remote access tools, minimizing the need for on-site service calls.

Escalate complex product issues for further evaluation and resolution by advanced support teams.

Drive productivity through innovative problem-solving, process improvements, and application of technical expertise.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You're the right fit if:

You have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent; a Technical Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

You bring 5+ years of strong ultrasound experience, specifically with Philips systems.

Your skills include computer networking (preferred) and exceptional troubleshooting abilities.

You demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and teams.

You possess advanced skills in MS Office and CRM platforms and have a knack for authoring technical solutions.

You meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the role with or without accommodation.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position varies based on location:

AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WY: $33.57 - $57.55/hour

AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY: $35.34 - $60.58/hour

AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA: $37.10 - $63.61/hour

CA, CT, MA, NJ, DC: $39.58 - $67.85/hour

Actual pay may vary based on factors such as job-related experience, geographical location, and business needs. Additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentives, may be offered. Employees are also eligible for Philips’ comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO, 401k match, HSA contributions, and more.

Additional Information:
US work authorization is required. Sponsorship for work-authorized visas will not be provided.
