Job Description Insight Global is searching for a fully remote ServiceNow Admin for our retail client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and configuring the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR) tools within ServiceNow. This role involves troubleshooting connections between Tenable and ServiceNow, and collaborating closely with CMDB and Tenable Administrators. The candidate will act as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and ServiceNow platform administrators, supporting PCI audits through the IRM tool. Key Responsibilities:  Administer and configure ServiceNow IRM and VR tools.  Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the connection between Tenable and ServiceNow.  Collaborate with CMDB and Tenable Administrators to ensure seamless integration.  Serve as a liaison between cybersecurity and ServiceNow platform administrators for core platform changes and future configurations.  Support the cybersecurity department during PCI audits using the IRM tool.  Develop and enforce policies and procedures for effective risk management and vulnerability response.
