Remote ServiceNow Developer
Job Description We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in support of one of the largest financial & lending organizations in the country. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that process driven solutions align and deliver on the business needs. This developer will customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and enhancements to out of the box applications. In addition to the development of these features, you will perform administration tasks such as user & group management, security configurations, and data management. You will troubleshoot and resolve tasks related to specific applications and integrations, create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, test plans, and user guides. This is a fully remote opportunity, working Pacific Standard Time hours, 8 AM-5 PM PST, Monday-Friday. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of technical experience within ServiceNow, specifically within design, development, & implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform   Experience interfacing with high level business stakeholders, gathering business requirements, and effectively implementing process driven solutions to deliver on requirements.   Proficiency in programming languages like: Java, JavaScript, XML, CSS, or other web technologies.   Expertise integrating ServiceNow Applications with third party systems/applications via APIs such as SOAP, REST, and Glide, specifically within ServiceNow   Strong experience with Configuration Management (CMDB)   Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management) ServiceNow Administrator Certification is required.
