Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Site Data Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing and entering laboratory results into our database system, reviewing and releasing medical reports, setting up new users, and supporting the project management team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory research and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
+ Enter laboratory results into the database system.
+ Review and release medical reports to partners and project managers.
+ Set up new users to access the database management system.
+ Manage data discrepancies and issues.
+ Provide administrative assistance to the project management team.
+ Archive necessary documents and data.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ 1 year of industry experience.
+ Knowledge of medical laboratory and clinical processes.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong research and project coordination skills.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Experience in administrative support.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote and will involve working with a smaller team during the day shift. You will interact with several project managers and enjoy the benefits of working in a European-owned company known for its great employee benefits and supportive working environment. Employees receive 11 paid holidays and 6 vacation days while on contract.
